Yarns

Wool from the farm was spun by the Natural Fibre Company. The yarn is a chunky double knit yarn. It is available in 100g Balls for £2.50 (unwashed) or IKg cones for £20. I have hand dyed in various colours available at £6 per 100g ball. Available in Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple. Natural washed yarn £5 for 100g ball.

Scoured Wool

Home saved wool is available that has been washed for £3 per 100g.

Greasy Fleece

Wool is available untreated as a whole fleece or in Kg lots at £3.00/Kg or £2/100g

Carded Wool

Scoured wool is carded by hand and is available at £10/10g

Wool is carded at a mill and is available at £5.00/100g

Supplying Wool for handicrafts

Greenhill Woolen Crafts supplies woolen yarn for knitting weaving and felting. We also supply wool for spinning. We supply greasy fleece, scoured fleece, carded wool. We also supply hand spinning spindles, and children's hand weaving looms.

Range of hand dyed yarns available

The yarn is hand dyed and rinsed in a variety of colours. Natural yarns are also available in white beige and brown.
